black-owned bars in Brooklyn.
The Smoke Joint – If you love BBQ and bourbon, this is where you want to be. The bar is small, but if you can get a stool or a seat at one of their tables this is a great choice for meat lovers.
Bedford Hall – This bar has a speakeasy vibe and more than enough space for a great group outing. In addition to the bar, they serve food and have an area to play pool in the back.
Mo’s Bar & Lounge – Day or night, Mo’s is always a fun bar to visit. During the day you can people watch while sipping a margarita and at night you can hit the crowded dance floor until you’re sweaty.
Frank’s Lounge – If you’re old-school (think Nipsey’s from the TV show Martin), you’ll enjoy hanging out at Frank’s. The crowd ranges from young to older and they have the best Karaoke night in Brooklyn.
Bed-Vyne Brew – This is where you want to end the night. Wear some comfortable shoes because the DJs are always on point and the crowd loves to dance.
