The I Am Energy Workshop is a slice of the I Am Energy Retreat! This workshop is intended to educate the community about the power of energy through meditation, yoga and informative discussion. Understanding energy is an essential part of understanding who were are and how we are living and thriving in this world. This workshop will be held in the Redwoods of Oakland, Ca-a city and region of high energy! Join Antonette and Ayla in a charging and healing workshop that will be a unique experience.
